Data collected

Through the contact form only: name, email address, subject and message, plus a salted, irreversible hash of your IP address and your browser's user agent (abuse prevention). No account is created on the public site.

Purpose and legal basis

Replying to your message and, where relevant, taking steps at your request before a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)); spam prevention (legitimate interest, art. 6(1)(f)).

Retention

Messages are kept for [À COMPLÉTER : retention period, e.g. 24 months] and then deleted.

Processors

• Vercel Inc. — hosting and privacy-friendly, cookie-free audience measurement (Vercel Analytics, Speed Insights).
• Neon Inc. — database hosting.
• Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) — sending the notification and the acknowledgement email.
• OpenStreetMap Foundation (United Kingdom) — map tiles on the contact page; your IP address is sent to this provider when the map loads.

Transfers outside the EU are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Cookies

The public site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Your theme preference is stored locally in your browser. The administration area uses strictly necessary session cookies.

Your rights

You may access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data by writing to contact@kwasiezor.pro. You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Autorité de protection des données, rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels — dataprotectionauthority.be).
